Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza, an incredible actress who is a legend on the screen. Her parents are from Ireland and Mexico. The actress was born in Ohio's Columbus on December 26 in 1976. De La Garza soon moved to Texas to study in physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza did not reside in Texas for long and shortly after moved into Orlando Florida, where she took on a number of roles as an actor as well as independent films and commercials. The small parts didn't stop her from discovering that she loved acting. After that, she relocated in New York in 2001 and she got her first acting job on the soap as Rosa Santos on All My Children A daytime soap. Her roles were sporadic on JAG: Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men during the first half of 2000. Her first big series role was on the short-lived 2004 television drama The Mountain. De La Garza played Maria Serrano, alongside a number of the best TV actors, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi and Mitch Pilegge. The most memorable part of her career was on Law & Order where she was A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 episodes. Her next role was on the brief-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. De La Garza has been recognized several times for her character in the show, including Best Supporting Actress in Television in the Imagen Foundation Awards. In 2008, she received an Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for her outstanding performances in a Dramatic Television Series. Just a few minutes later, De La Garza was cast on CSI Miami in a recurring part. She performed the role of Marisol Deko in the role of spouse of David Caruso's Horatio. Her most recent TV appearance was with NBC's rather dark drama Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. After just two episodes it was cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress was born Italian with a 10 year old younger brother who is named Cory. Her family was conservative and religious one. Milano was seven years old when her babysitter took Milano to an audition. Out of more than a thousand applicants they were selected to be one of only four. Milano appeared in commercials for television as well as off Broadway shows, including the first American musical rendition to Jane Eyre.
